- 2002 1st company to launch generic Sodium Valproate (Epival) controlled release tablets in the UK
- 2004 Doxycycline capsules launched
- 2008 1st company to launch generic Fexofenadine in the UK
- 2008 Risperidone oral solution launched
- 2012 1st company to launch generic Oxycodone (Oxylan) prolonged release tablets in the UK
- 2017 Company becomes part of The Munro Group
- 2018 Several product launches including Ivabradine and Oxycodone Injection
- 2019 Relocates to new HQ in Surrey
